An RPM is a remote participation meeting that allows committee members to join via a GoToMeeting setup with a computer, microphone and speakers for the meeting room. LCD projectors are NOT included with an RPM.
The purpose of hosting an RPM is to achieve quorum for committee votes. RPMs are available for main committee meetings only. Subcommittees that anticipate quorum problems should contact ASHRAE Technology Staff directly. There are a limited number of RPM slots available. Chairs of interested committees will be contacted by staff closer to the conference date to confirm RPM and provide details.
