Standard Project Committees and Guideline Project Committees

2020 ASHRAE Annual Conference,June 27 – July 1, 2020, Austin, TX

Please complete the following form for each of your committee meetings. For example, to request space for four meetings, please fill out this form once for each of the requested meetings. Committee meetings will take place at the JW Marriott Austin and Austin Convention Center.

Special requirements (A/V Equipment):
(Equipment available includes screens, carts, electric to facilitate those who bring their own LCD projectors. LCD projectors are not available due to the high cost)

Rooms are not available for assignment Saturday, 3:30-9 p.m., Monday, 12:00-2 p.m. and Tuesday, 6:30-9 p.m. due to special events of the Society.

**ALTERNATE TIME
Due to the continuing increase in meeting space requests we ask that if you do not need the full two - four hours for your subcommittee or committee meeting you provide us with the amount of time needed and we will slot as requested in an effort to cut down on meeting room usage.
